School of Dance
The preselection consists in the evaluation of a video, presented at the time of the submission, in which the candidate performs classical dance technique exercises, contemporary dance technique and a choreography.
Each of the exercises mentioned should have duration of 3 a to 4 and present the following contents:
- Classic dance technique (adagio, pirouette padding, petit allegro and grand allegro);
- Contemporary dance technique (floor work, standing work-spine mobility, back, legs and arms work, balance and off balance and acres the floor-changing levels, turns, jumps, falls);
- Choreography.
The recording of the video, made in studio, should ensure good image quality (stability, luminance, definition, proportionality) so as to allow the correct competitor assessment (technical mastery, physical charateristics, body and facial expression).
Applicants must present themselves equipped according to the specific character of each of the exercises indicated.
The assessment will be carried out by a jury designated by the Technical-Scientific Council, based on the capacities revealed by the candidate regarding: physical competences inherent in dance; coordination; musicality; quality of movement; mastery of dance techniques; spatial organization; interpretation and the relationship / integration, eventual, of visual and sound elements.
Applicants admitted to the contest are still subject to the final selection phase, upon presential achievement, from three practical proofs for evaluation effect: Proof dance technique; Proof of creative response; Proof of choreographic composition.
It will still be conducted an interview aiming to know the candidate's professional, artistic and pedagogical motivations, not reliance on the assessment.

The preselection phase consists in the evaluation of a video presented at the time of submission of the application, where the candidate performs an instrumental fitness proof, program, the candidate's choice, with the approximate duration of 20 and that includes contrasting works.
The evaluation will be performed by the Scientific-Scientific Council.
Applicants considered by the jury are admitted.
Applicants admitted to the contest are still subject to the phase of final selection, upon presential achievement of proofs:
- Prove Instrumental / Vocal Practice;
- Interview;
- Proof of General Knowledge of Music.
It is still conducted an interview aiming to know the candidate's professional, artistic, and pedagogical motivations.
